Dr. Keller's research interests include bone-associated cancers; bone metastasis; single cell analysis and spatial biomedical analysis; prostate cancer; chemoresistance; tumor microenvironment; and tumor heterogeneity.
Dr. Keller Directs the Single Cell Spatial Analysis Program; Directs the Biology of Prostate Cancer Bone Metastasis Program Project; is Associate Director of Shared Resources for the Rogel Cancer Center; and Co-Directs the Rogel Cancer Center Single Cell Analysis Shared Resource.

June Escara-Wilke
Lab manager
June received her B.S. in Zoology from the University of the Philippines, a Masters Degree from Marquette University, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and doctoral training in Molecular Genetics and Cell Biology from the University of Chicago. She manages the lab and performs mouse drugs studies and surgeries for Spatial Transcriptomics work.

Tyler Robinson
Research Technician
Tyler received his B.S. in Biochemistry at the University of Michigan. Inside the lab he handles mouse breeding, in vivo mouse work, and assists with lab management.

Patricia Schnepp
Research Fellow
Patricia received her B.S. from Wayne State University, and a PhD from University of Notre Dame. She is broadly interested in the analysis of single cell sequencing datasets by applying the newest analyses to a vast array of biological questions. Much of her work focuses on understanding prostate cancer heterogeneity. Additionally she works with collaborators across disciplines including the field of immunology.

Jinlu Dai

Jinlu received his MD, PhD and his research focuses on the bone metastasis of prostate cancer.

Jill Keller
DVM, PhD, DACLAM
Jill graduated with a DVM from MSU College of Veterinary Medicine, followed by a residency in Laboratory Animal Medicine (DACLAM) and a PhD in Pathology at the University of Michigan. She has a dual faculty appointment in the Unit for Laboratory Animal Medicine (ULAM) and the Department of Urology. Her role in the lab involved animal model refinement and development of animal use protocols. Research interests include the use of analgesics in animal models. environmental enrichment of research animals, and the use of aquatic animal models.

Greg received his BS from University of Liverpool, and PhD from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth . He is the Managing Director of the Rogel Cancer Center Single Cell Analysis Resource.
